Sidenafil (Viagra)
This is your sub-headline
Sildenafil, commonly known by the brand name Viagra, is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis. It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which helps relax the blood vessels and improve erection quality. Sildenafil can also be prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension to help reduce the workload on the heart.
Tadalafil (Cialis)
Tadalafil, sold under the brand name Cialis, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by increasing blood flow to the penis and relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder. It works similarly to sildenafil by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), but has a longer duration of action, lasting up to 36 hours. Tadalafil can also be prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension to improve exercise capacity.
